Weclome to Parallel Republic!

This newsletter aims to help build a community of people committed to exploring building an alternative, moderate, intellectually refreshing perspective on politics, society, science, and the arts between the poles of the current discourse. A Parallel Republic among us, that exists in parallel to the one in which we reside.

It will begin as the musings of one liberal arts professor of policy science, Brandon Zicha about issues of import to him on these themes as he rangles freinds, colleagues, acquaintences, and strangers with time to write here.

Contributors

As you might gather, a community needs people. And that may mean you. If you have a topic you would like to write on, have links you would like to see, or topics you would like to see featured here, please email the editor (that same guy) at parallel.republic@gmail.com

What you can expect

At present the newsletter is still evolving, but will include posts when I write them, and hopefully - soon - podcasts and resources, as well as a ‘best of the web’ relevant to the themes and culture we are trying to explore and build here.
